Honor the life and wisdom within you
Maybe you’re longing to feel more at home in your body, more connected to your emotions, more rooted in community, or more present in your life.
Maybe you've spent years surviving, moving through difficult experiences, or without enough support to be able to slow down and feel what’s underneath.
I’m honored to work with you in service of your healing, your embodiment, your expansion, and your meaningful participation in your life.
Perhaps you're longing to...
feel at home in your body and emotions again
trust yourself when making decisions
reconnect to community, or experience relationships that feel more nourishing
move through life with less urgency and more intention
recover from burnout, relational trauma, illness, grief, or major life transitions
reconnect with creativity, community, purpose, the sacred, or the natural world
slow down and move at the pace of your nervous system, rather than the pressures of modern life
my approach
I believe that our struggles make sense and carry their own wisdom. What may now feel like a limitation was once a survival response to an impossible circumstance, and now you’re ready to learn a new way. When we learn to listen, these same patterns can reveal what we long for, what we've lost, and the direction of our healing.
Rather than shaming or rejecting the uncomfortable parts of ourselves, we can honor them with curiosity and compassion; integrating them as our path to wholeness, nuance, and depth.
Through our work together, we will tend to the life that is asking to be lived through you: listening to the guidance of your soul, cultivating a richer presence in your relationships, deepening your capacity to feel your body and emotions, and creating the conditions for a life that feels more embodied, sacred, and alive.
Welcome all of yourself back to the table of your life
-

Somatic
Your body carries a wisdom that the thinking mind doesn’t always reach.
Sensations, emotions, pain, fatigue, joy, and longing are all invitations to listen more deeply.
-

Relational
Relationships are among the soul's greatest teachers.
They mirror back the places where we protect ourselves, where we long to be met, and where life is inviting us to grow.
-

Integrative
Call all parts of yourself back to weave a tapestry of wholeness.
Threads once scattered begin to reveal the pattern they have always belonged to.
-

Trauma-Informed
Healing doesn't happen through judgement or force. It happens when enough safety and loving awareness are present.
We’ll meet protective patterns with gentleness, compassion, curiosity, and understanding.
About Natasha
I’m devoted to supporting you in returning to your body, breath, and inner knowing. Through somatic, relational, and trauma-informed care, I work with individuals rebuilding lives of meaning and coherence after trauma.
I’ve led groups and healing spaces within wellness, clinical, and grassroots settings, including my work within non-profit organizations, as a facilitator and apprentice in a women's recovery house, as a yoga therapy teacher for 15+ years, and during my years living in an ashram as part of the core staff.
I'm especially attuned to working with those who are highly sensitive, socially anxious, empaths, or still learning to inhabit their bodies and emotions. Those who are healing from emotional neglect, shame, narcissistic abuse, chronic stress, illness, and disability, who may have learned to silence their needs, or carry too much alone.
My work is integrative, weaving together Somatic Experiencing®, Authentic Relating, mindfulness, visioning, self-inquiry. and yoga therapy. It’s grounded in 15+ years of multidisciplinary training, lived experience, and facilitation; and more recently in my work as the program manager at Sage Integrative Health, a role I’ve been honored to hold for 5 years and counting 💚

My work is informed by formal training intersected with complex life experiences and an ongoing commitment to my own healing and contemplative practice. I continue to study, receive mentorship, spend time in nature, deepen my understanding of the nervous system, and practice the relational skills I invite my clients into.
-
Over the past fifteen years my work has taken many forms. As a yoga therapist, facilitator, mentor, coach, program manager within an integrative mental health clinic, and student of the nervous system. The thread running through it has remained the same: creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, with one another, and with lives that feel meaningful.
Having lived across cultures, navigated profound relational and spiritual trauma, periods of chronic illness and life-threatening injury, and the nonlinear work of rebuilding trust, community, and belonging, I know that healing rarely follows a straight line. I also know that our greatest transformations often emerge not through force, but through relationships that are steady and loving enough to allow a new self to unfold.
My life experiences allow me to meet many forms of suffering with less urgency to fix, but rather a genuine curiosity, deep love, and great respect for each person's capacity to recover their power.
work with me
A collaborative space to slow down, listen deeply, and feel into what's been living under the surface.
Moving slowly and with sensitivity, we honor the needs and guidance of your nervous system to create meaningful reparative experiences.
